Blair's Fund

In July 2019, our world was turned upside down when our daughter Blair, at just two years old, was diagnosed with ETMR, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Blair, or BB to those that loved her, was a curious and spunky girl, who was never short of questions about the world around her. She was a smart, caring and loving little girl who adored her baby brother. Blair could be found screaming her favorite songs for all to hear or using her imagination to create a new and joyful world around her.
Just a short 8 months and 11 days after her diagnosis, we said goodbye to our sweet girl. In that time and the years since we have found strength in each other and in how we honor Blair’s memory. Hanging a photo on the walls of our new home with our daughter’s beautiful smile, buying an ornament for Blair’s special Christmas tree, or sharing stories with Danny of how special his big sister was. Everything we do is to honor her.
Since Blair's diagnosis and passing, there have been many moments of feeling alone and isolated. Since finding PBTF after Blair's passing, we have found a compassionate community that has brought us a lot of comfort and joy. We have found peace and comfort in sharing Blair's story, advocating for change, and helping others on a similar journey.

We honor Blair’s memory and ignite a collective resolve to advocate for all children with brain tumors, support research, and provide families with the resources they need.
